The Peninsula student accommodation is a newly constructed, purpose built student complex of 2 blocks comprising 16 flats with 123 student en-suite bedrooms. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and hobs, ample storage, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There are 16 combined communal lounges each containing dining area and comfortable seating; all have a large flat screen TV and broadband access. The wide deep windows allow ample natural lighting. Two en-suite rooms for disabled students are available. The bedrooms are highly specified and are fully furnished with built in broadband and TV, desk, storage space, wardrobe, carpeted floors, opening double glazed security windows and roller blinds. Each bedroom is an average 12.6 square metres (well over average for student accommodation). The complete en-suite bathrooms have shower, WC, washbasin, shaver point, mirror, ample
lighting, storage and a heated towel rail.
