Mr Tully’s background is in the Royal Air Force, property and finance industry, where he has worked for 25 years.

As a qualified mortgage advisor, accredited by the United Kingdom’s Financial Services Authority, specialising in corporate and residential investments and a qualified will writer and estate planner, Mr Tully was able to set up his own business offering specialist mortgages to its clients.

As founder, owner and major shareholder, Mr Tully’s drive and commitment has expanded businesses across 45 offices, with lendings in excess of £3 billion. He then went on to build his own investment property portfolio.

With clients all across the world, Mr Tully has a passion for property and always looks to exceed his clients expectation with the level of service delivered.

Working in property development for over 20 years, Mr Hong is well known and well respected in this sector. As owner of an investment management company and non-executive director of many other organisations, Mr Hong has invested in many successful property projects over the years including market offices, commercial strips and factory clothing outlets.

Joining Absolute England, Asia Pacific Division, as Executive Director and Asia Business Partner, Mr Hong brings sound knowledge of property investment and will offer invaluable insight to our clients.

Wil Cheung MA

Managing Director

After studying for a Bachelors degree in Business, a Masters Degree in International Trade Law at Newcastle University and also a Masters Degree in Management at Warwick University, Mr Cheung brings a wealth of business and marketing expertise to the Absolute England. At the age of 22, Mr Cheung started his own business in telecoms and was then head-hunted by a multibillion dollar American corporation to assist with their expansion plans throughout Europe.

Mr Cheung has since set up several more businesses in marketing and received media attention for his company’s achievements. He is also the chairman of a Chinese youth forum - helping young Chinese settle and adapt to life in the United Kingdom and working closely with other local charities.

Mr William Kai Luo

After graduating from Newcastle University with a Masters in International Business Management, Mr Luo went on to work in the UK property development sector for over 10 years before returning to China in 2007.

Continuing to work in property development, Mr Luo gained much experience delivering commercial and residential property projects in senior management roles.

As president of Absolute England, Asia Pacific division, Mr Luo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. This enables him to successfully market and manage Absolute England Asia properties in Japan, Korea, India, mainland China, Hong Kong and Macaus.

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Mr Charlton is a Senior Partner within the Charlton Williamson Partnership. Focusing on the owner managed business sector, Mr Charlton specialises in the field of Business Advisory Services, Fund Raising, Business Strategy and Planning.

Qualified in 1973, Mr Hindle was a Partner in a large law firm before joining the Attorney General’s Chambers in Hong Kong. He was involved in the firm at a time of turbulent change in some of the most high profile cases of the SAR’s pre-unification history. He then returned to England and set up his own firm - Hindle Campbell. Mr Hindle has since led and won a number of high profile cases of complex law in the United Kingdom.

His firm is renowned for its experience in the acquisition of investment property having acted for some of the largest institutional buyers of residential property in England and elsewhere.

Ms Wong was the youngest Chinese Magistrate Justice of the Peace and Managing Director of a Chinese community network.

As founder of a property and lettings agency specialising in relocating international clients, Ms Wong is incredibly experienced in the specialist international property market. Not only does she manage and maintain her own investment portfolio within the major university cities but she also progresses her client purchases through to completion on their behalf. Ms Wong is also involved in raising major charity funding, co-ordinating large events and liaising with local government departments.
